We estimate delivery within 7-15 business days after the order is processed. The normal order processing time is 1-3 business days
After your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the shipping carrier’s website.
To return an order, register a return through our Returns Portal at [email protected] and follow the steps below:
After registering a return, you will receive an email with a return label and return instructions within 2-3 business days.
Repackage your items in a delivery bag
Attach the return label to the outside of the parcel and deliver the parcel along with the paperwork we will provide you.
Once your return is processed, you will be notified by email
Please be sure to keep your receipt and return tracking number until your refund is processed.
Please note that only items from the same order can be returned in the same parcel.
You can always return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
If you purchased an item using a discount code and would like to reorder in a different size, we can reapply the discount code for you. Just contact us and provide us with the order number of the original item as well as the new item.
If you need to change the shipping address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will try to assist if the order has not been processed and shipped.
Shipping is flat rate $6.99 for all orders within the USA.
